Gillies Pilchard Lures

Gillies Pilchard lures are a must have in your tackle box. A versatile lure that combines shape, action and reflective flash to attract fish from afar. Not only does it cast like a bullet, it can be trolled or jigged as is. A handy tip when jigging in deep water is to switch the hook to the front end allowing the natural bias of the lure to take over and track straight to the bottom. This is a slimline tail weighted jig ideal for fast dropping down into snapper schools when you need to get past the kahawai. Colour is highly reflective Blue.
